Delivery & Time frame

We use Royal Mail for our UK orders and will use the appropriate postal services for any International orders. For stock products bought through our website there will be a standard 2-3 week delivery time, stone set items will be 4-5 weeks and bespoke items 5-8 weeks.

If there is a specific date that any product is needed for, please contact us to let us know and we will endeavour to get it to you for then, if itā€™s possible.

All delivery times are subject to availablity.

Late and Lost Deliveries

India Mee Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us an we can provide you with a tracking number. This will help you locate it with Royal Mail.

We are not able to refund/replace any products sent by us that are marked as delivered. In light of this we would recommend always using a home address.

We are also not able to refund/replace any lost products before 20 working days after we have dispatched them, for international deliveries this increased to 30 days. This is due to Royal Mails, policy on declaring a package as lost.

If you are expecting an international delivery, please note that delays (up to 2 weeks) may happen due custom checks and that multiple postal services may have to handle the package. With the postal service of the recipientā€™s country being responsible for the actual delivery.

Packaging

All the jewellery we send out is packaged in a branded India mee jewellery box or pouch, and will arrive to you in a plain postal box with a simple branded bio degradable sticker, with only your name and addresse on the front.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order placed online at www.indiamee.co.uk please ring us on 07564211373. Please be aware that orders already dispatched can not be refunded. Please refer to our returns & exchanges section for further details on what to do, in the case of returning a product.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to exchange or credit note, please return the product to us in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt.

We are not able to exchange any items ordered through our bespoke service or any customised products

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that they have ordered the correct ring size, please refer to our sizing guide for further help and details. With silver rings we are able to offer an exchange in size, free of charge. But any gold or platinum rings may come with an additional charge. India Mee Jewellery is not responsible for any postage costs that occur with any product exchange.

India Mee Jewellery will accept postage costs if the product is found to be faulty upon receipt

If in the sad and rare event that one of our products is faulty or damaged on delivery, contact us on 07564211373 or email us, so that a replacement can be made. In the case of the packaging being opened or damaged before you receive it, please donā€™t accept the package and contact us, so we can sort out a replacement. We would then also cover the postage cost if this was the case.

Products that are faulty upon delivery will be accepted for return or if a manufacturing fault occurs within a year after delivery. India Mee Jewellery will asses all products that are returned as faulty, and we reserve the right to deem a product not faulty if the damage is the result of normal everyday wear or accidental damage, rather than a manufacturing fault. We do offer a repair service if this is the case, which will warrent a small repair fee, that will cover the repair itself and postage costs, this service will not take place without the customers consent.

When returning an item to us please use a secure and trackable service. We recommend and use Royal Mail Special Delivery. These return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can also not accept responsibility for any products that may be lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

In the interests of Fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the Product.

Prices

When an order is made on www.indiamee.co.uk, the customer is offering to buy the product at the price shown in the order. All of our prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of 20% VAT in the UK and EU. Our prices may be subject to change, however if we find that the price has changed or a pricing error has occurred when your order was made, we will contact you to ask if you want to continue your order at the new and correct price.

When you buy a product from us or our online shop, we will ask for your personal information. We do this in order to complete your order, we would donā€™t use this information for marketing purposes unless we get your permission beforehand to do so. When you fill out any of our forms on www.indiamee.co.uk you allow us and our providers to give you the service you have selected. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

Processing orders

To make sure that any financial information you have given us correct, we use payment systems of trusted third parties. Our website uses Stripe to process your payments and to make sure its safe and that details are not being used by anyone other than the owner.

Delivery of orders.

We use Royal Mail for Uk deliveries and appropriate substitutes for international deliveries. We share your information with them, for example your name and address, to make sure that your package gets exactly to where it needs to.

Keeping you updated.

If you decide to sign up to receive our email newsletter we will use your personal information to send you emails on our products and services.

Data Storage.

Any information that you give us may be held onto for a period of time, we do this to ensure that if a fault, problem or fraudulent activity occurs we have the details necessary to deal with and investigate. Some of our services legally require you to provide details and we are unable to provide these services without these details. We use an analytic tool to help us read statistics, that does also records personal information.

Fraud prevention.

To help prevent criminal and fraudulent activity, we may pass on personal details to a third party who specialise in preventing said activities. We may also in the rare event be required to hand over details to a law enforcement agency if requested to.
